We analyze the spectrum of higher-spin Regge excitations of quarks and leptons in warped string theory compactifications, using an effective description based on the 5-dimensional Randall-Sundrum construction. We show that the spin-3/2 right-handed top excitation is the lightest of such resonances in a significant region of parameter space, being possibly lighter than the Kaluza-Klein excitations of Standard Model states. We then discuss its possible signatures at both the Tevatron and the LHC , as well its potential relevance for recent experimental results.
