I discuss how complex analysis and unitarity-cuts can be employed for computing one-loop scattering amplitude very efficiently. The use of spinor-variables and Cauchy residue theorem are suitable for the analytic integration of multiple-cuts; whereas the Discrete Fourier Transform optimizes the integrand-reduction, in semi-numerical calculations.
