This talk will be an introduction to mirabolic D-modules. I’ll explain what they are and why we care about them. In particular, I’ll try to describe the relationship to the trigonometric Cherednik algebra via Hamiltonian reduction. The talk is based on joint work with Victor Ginzburg.

This talk is part of the Algebra and Representation Theory Seminar series.
