If you have a question about this talk, please contact Prahar Mitra. Classical Soft theorems refer to a class of universal statements about the gravitational radiation in low frequency limit. Over the last decade or so, it has been realised that some of these soft theorems are manifestations of gravitational observables like the memory effect on one hand and conservation laws on the other. We will review the current status of these soft theorems and their relationship to radiative observables at future null infinity and the conservation laws associated with asymptotic symmetries.
