We present some recent results on biased random walks among random conductances. In particular, we discuss steady states, the Einstein relation and monotonicity of the speed. We also give a result about Mott walks.

The results were obtained in collaboration with Jan Nagel and Xiaoqin Guo, and with Alessandra Faggionato and Michele Salvi.
