Geometrization of the local Langlands correspondence

Given a discrete Langlands parameter of a reductive p-adic group I conjecture the existence of a perverse l-adic sheaf on the stack of G-bundles on the curve we defined and studied in our joint work with Fontaine. I will explain this conjecture, some consequences and some motivations.
