Faithfulness of highest weight modules for Iwasawa algebras

We attempt to prove that infinite-dimensional highest weight modules for Iwasawa algebras are faithful, with an approach that involves reducing to the case of generalised Verma modules. If proved, this result will have applications for studying prime ideals of Iwasawa algebras.
