Recently attention has been given to understanding admissible functors between derived categories of coherent sheaves on varieties via windows. The yoga of windows bypasses the “classical” means of finding “geometric” functors: kernels on the product. In the talk, I will bring everything together by describing kernels for window functors using (partial) compactifications of the action. This is joint work with C. Diemer, D. Favero, L. Katzarkov, and M. Kontsevich.

This talk is part of the Algebraic Geometry Seminar series.
