In this talk, we will present a survey on endotrivial modules, an “important” class of modular representations of finite groups. We will start with a few elementary facts, briefly reviewing the theoretical background needed, and then proceed with a selection of results.

This talk is part of the Algebra and Representation Theory Seminar series.
