If you have a question about this talk, please contact Rong Zhou. Let G be a split reductive group over an equicharacteristic local field F. Lafforgue and Genestier have constructed a semisimple local Langlands correspondence for G and F. In this talk, I will discuss some properties of the local Langlands parameters associated to depth 0 representations of G(F). Such results are obtained by computing the monodromy of the cohomology of stacks of global shtukas for G. For depth 0 representations, I will also explain how Deligne-Lusztig theory comes into play.
