If you have a question about this talk, please contact jo de bono. In the Computer Lab at Cambridge we have collaborated closely with colleagues in the regional authorities for over five years in the deployment of ‘smart’ infrastructure in the region. This collaboration provides infrastructure fit for purpose for our research within the Adaptive Cities Programme in the Lab, where we are now collecting and analyzing a broad range of urban sensor data in real time. The talk will cover the long-term vision of the required digital architecture in a Future City, while also providing a brief perspective of the use of intelligent sensors deployed in large urban environments.
