These talks are aimed at Masters and first year PhD students but all are welcome to attend.

The first of three lectures introducing cancer and cancer research. This first lecture is about the nature and pathology of cancer, including malignancy and metastasis, nomenclature, why cancers cause disease, and screening. Illustrated with museum specimens of cancers and histopathology slides.
