This work-in-progress talk will look at the information capacity of a spiking neural network. Information is coded using small patterns of spikes. The patterns are stored in the network using transmission delays.
We use a neural model which emphasizes simplicity over biological realism as this allows the relationships of the different parameters to be explored.
