John Sullivan (ISMM) is going to share his most recent experiences and thoughts about High Value Manufacturing (HVM). After his retirement from Ford UK senior management position, John has involved ISMM project supervision as an industrial tutor and started his strategic consultancy in automotive industry. In this week’s buns talk, John will discuss common error states in large High Value Manufacturing companies and the processes methods and tools necessary to address/repair those error states. He will present case studies demonstrating the improvements that can be achieved if a large HVM enterprise can migrate from an open loop company to a closed loop company.
