It is world leading. The UK founded the D5 https://www.gov.uk/government/speeches/opening-speech-for-d5-byfrancis-maude-minister-for-the-cabinet-office All 766 citizen interactions with the State are being re-built using agile (discover, design, deliver) from end to end. Typical savings and headcount reductions are 50-75% In-house engineering and operations capability is being rebuilt. Projects are being disaggregated. Architecture is Cloud First. SMEs are supplying 48% of the work by value.
