I will describe a procedure for constructing one-parameter integrable deformations of integrable sigma-models. In the case of the principal chiral model on G one recovers the Yang-Baxter sigma-model which coincides with the squashed 3-sphere sigma-model when G = SU(2). When applied to the symmetric space sigma-model on F/G we obtain a new one-parameter family of integrable sigma-models. The classical symmetry algebra of the latter is a q-deformation of the symmetries of the symmetric space sigma-model. This procedure generalises also to semi-symmetric space sigma-models. We use it to construct an integrable deformation of the AdS_5 x S^5 superstring.
