The Research Councils are encouraging researchers to be actively involved in thinking about how they will achieve excellence with impact and to explore the pathways for realising the impact. For this reason, the Research Councils have introduced a “Pathways to Impact” section at application stage where researchers are required to consider what the impacts of their work might be and how it can be realised. The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) will be giving a presentation on “Impact” including;
Who should attend? Anyone who has an interest in EPSRC research grants including academics, facilitators and administrators. This presentation will be repeated at 3pm – 4pm in Lecture Theatre 2, Judge Business School, Trumpington Street.
