AI is increasingly introduced into services and products. However, for any interactive system to be useful it should enable users to achieve their goals in an effective, efficient and safe manner. In this talk I will explain how methods from design engineering can be used to create AI-infused systems that allow us to reason about user issues in AI-driven interactive systems at design time.

The seminar will be held in JDB Seminar Room, Department of Engineering, and online (zoom): https://newnham.zoom.us/j/92544958528?pwd=YS9PcGRnbXBOcStBdStNb3E0SHN1UT09
