SIPW05 - SIP Follow on: Mathematics of sea ice in the twenty-first century Icing presents a significant hazard for the safe operation of aircraft and this presentation presents an overview of current challenges that are being faced by the community. The presentation will present a background to these issues and what is being done to address them. The presentation will examine both the numerical and experimental aspects of these challenges and how they are being developed to meet the regulatory standards that have been produced.
