GR2W02 - Simple groups, representations and applications For a finite abelian p-group A and a subgroup G in Aut(A), we say that the pair (G,A) is realized by a saturated fusion system F over a finite p-group S>A if C_S(A)=A, A is not normal in F, and AutF(A)=G. In this talk, I will describe some results classifying all saturated fusion systems realizing certain pairs (G,A), as well as some showing that certain other pairs cannot be realized.
