Air Quality in the 21st Century - How Important are SOA?

Air pollution has become a concern on the global scale. A key pollutant of prime interest is particulate matter smaller than 2.5 µm (PM2.5). This presentation discusses the potentially important role that secondary organic aerosols which are formed through, and hence linked to, atmospheric photochemistry could play for air quality.
