In this talk, I will discuss the symmetry enhancement of a class of 4d N=1 theories and its relations to the duality and the chiral ring relation of marginal operators. Using those relations as guiding principles, I find a new family of 4d N=1 USp(2n) theories enjoying interesting symmetry enhancement in the IR. Those models are constructed with one traceless antisymmetric and eight fundamental chiral multiplets, and extra gauge singlets interacting via particular superpotentials. I will show they exhibit emergent IR symmetries including E6, SO(10), SO(9), SO(8) and F4.
