In this talk I will give an introduction to operator spaces with the aim of understanding multi-indexed Schatten spaces, which give powerful and elegant ways to handle sandwiched Rényi conditional entropies. The second part of the talk will consist of me presenting recent work of ours (arXiv:2502.01611) leveraging this connection to derive chain rules and additivity statements for these entropies.
