OASW05 - OAS Follow on: Operator Algebras: Subfactors and Applications
The quasicentral modulus is an invariant for a n-tuple of operators modulo a normed ideal.
Basic properties, certain exact formulae and the connection to dynamical entropy will be presented. Also a noncommutative analogy with capacity in nonlinear potential theory will be discussed.
