KA2W02 - Arithmetic geometry, cycles, Hodge theory, regulators, periods and heights

We construct a universal Weil cohomology for smooth projective varieties over a field. The aim of the talk will be to explain the meaning of this claim, and an idea of the construction. This is joint work with Luca Barbieri Viale.
