Dr Terry Clapp (based in Photonics And Sensors Group in the Electrical Engineering Division) has very kindly agreed to introduce recent developments in Cambridge Integrated Knowledge Centre (IKC).

The Cambridge IKC has successfully won a five-year grant from EPSRC to exploiting molecular and macro-molecular material development and to potentially restore UK electronics industry competitive advantage. IfM is one of the IKC research partners.

Dr Clapp is going to introduce some background information from their original scientific researches and future vision of collaborations pushing new research findings into new industrial developments.
