Bob Jarman will talk
about arable farm systems, plant breeding and the agricultural trials
at the National Institute of Agricultural Botany (NIAB), looking
particularly at the results of a survey of the wildlife of the farm
trials site between Girton and Histon. He will also describe how EU
farm policy and farm subsidy payments affect the wildlife diversity of
our countryside.
