Abstract: Raytheon is building a cyber eco-system of SMEs, academia, technology incubators and VCs. An open and transparent collaborative culture of working is being encouraged to ensure agile, innovative and dynamic solutions for the benefit of customers and the members of the eco-system. The presentation describes what has been built, and the approach being taken. It will describe some of the mechanisms being employed to develop the eco-system including investments, calls for research projects, mentoring, workshop events, introductions, etc. Examples of some of the research responses will be shared along with general thoughts about areas of interest.
