Inverse Problems

Hybrid (coupled-physics) inverse problems aim at combining the high contrast of one imaging modality (such as EIT or OT) with the high resolution of another

modality (such as e.g. ultrasound or MRI ). Mathematically, several problems take the form of inverse problems with internal information. This talk will review several results of uniqueness and stability obtained in the context of photo-acoustic tomography and ultrasound modulation.
