Stochastic Processes in Communication Sciences
The scale of communications networks, and the immense amount of operational measurements
they make available, and the large numerical ranges of data values, together present formidable
challenges for data analysis, reduction, and fusion. This talk describes some new sampling based
approaches to these problems.
