PDW - Emergent phenomena in nonlinear dispersive waves

Averaged intensity of an fNLS soliton gas is proportional to the Dirichlet energy of its limiting quasimomentum. We discuss minimization problems for fNLS soliton condensates, which could be interpreted as some generalizations of the Chebotarev’s minimal capacity continuum problem.
