If you have a question about this talk, please contact nobody. TRHW01 - Workshop on topology, representation theory and higher structures Tannaka-Krein reconstruction is a well known procedure which recovers a Hopf algebra from its category of modules and fiber functor. We will examine a categorifiable proof of Tannaka-Krein reconstruction due to P. Schauenburg, and show the corresponding result for fusion 2-categories which admit a fiber functor to the 2-category of 2-vector spaces. If time permits, we will explain how the “structural’’ theory is almost identical to that of 1-categories and remark on the generality of this phenomenon.
