KA2W01 - Algebraic K-theory, motivic cohomology and motivic homotopy theory

I will discuss a Borel-type extension of the stable motivic homotopy category to algebraic stacks, and some applications to (generalized) equivariant cohomology theories.  For example, I will explain some joint work with D. Aranha, A. Latyntsev, H. Park, and C. Ravi on how this setup can be used to generalize and refine equivariant localization theorems (in the style of Borel, Atiyah-Segal, Atiyah-Bott, etc.).
