FKTW03 - Frontiers in kinetic equations for plasmas and collective behaviour In this talk, we present two types of nonlinear second-order consensus models with bonding controls, namely the Kuramoto model and the Cucker-Smale model with inter-particle bonding force, and we study their emergent collective dynamics. The proposed models contain feedback control terms enforcing aggregation and bonding, and via the cooperative interplays between feedback controls, initial state configuration evolves to an ordered configuration asymptotically under suitable frameworks which are formulated in terms of system parameters and initial configurations. This is a joint work with Hyunjin Ahn, Junhyeok Byeon and Jaeyoung Yoon. This talk is part of the Isaac Newton Institute Seminar Series series. This talk is included in these lists:
