TURW02 - Rigorous analysis of incompressible fluid models and turbulence This talk is to present recent results on the stability of shear flows for Navier-Stokes equations at the boundary, a classical problem that quickly involves delicate issues with the study of critical layers, Airy equations, and Orr-Sommerfeld equations. The talk places focus on presenting a new framework, developed jointly with E. Grenier (ENS Lyon), to capture some physics that were not seen for analytic or Gevrey data.
