If you have a question about this talk, please contact Ben Karniely. Gearset is a fast-growing start-up based on the Science Park in Cambridge. In this talk you will see how some early pragmatic development choices allowed Gearset to grow so rapidly, as well as how the software engineers can continue to innovate and improve the product whilst still releasing updates multiple times a day. Using a real-life example Luke and Ben will explain how major changes can be made behind the scenes to support the expansion of Gearset whilst minimising the downtime that customers experience.
