If you have a question about this talk, please contact Nils Prigge.

I will talk about instanton Floer homology and its applications to knot theory. In particular, I will discuss how one can recover from it the Alexander polynomial of a knot and its relation to moduli spaces of rank two stable vector bundles.

This talk is part of the Junior Geometry Seminar series.
