I joined DAMTP only recently, so I will take this biolunch as an opportunity to introduce myself and my previous scientific work.

The first part of my talk, “fluid dynamics of the balance sense”, will be about about the endolymph flow in the vestibular system of the inner ear. The second part of the talk, “fluid dynamics of valvulogenesis”, will be about mechanotransduction of blood flow in the developing zebrafish heart and its role in valve formation (valvulogenesis). I will conclude with a prospective of my future work at DAMTP .

This talk is part of the DAMTP BioLunch series.
