Periodic and Ergodic Spectral Problems Certain natural random variables associated with the local eigenvalue statistics for generalized Anderson-type random Schrodinger operators on the lattice and the continuum in the localization region are distributed according to compound Poisson distributions. In the lattice case the Levy measure of the associated distribution has finite support. Other properties of these random variables will be presented.
