Much of our current neuroscience knowledge is based on molecules and genes. However, neurons live in a physical world and obey physical laws. I will show how neurons mechanically interact with their environment, and how cellular forces contribute to the functioning of the nervous system.
Everyone is welcome. Free for members, £2 on the door for non-members. Followed by refreshments (that means smoothies, cheese and grapes!).
