Infectious Disease Dynamics

In the talk we explore how to perform inference when data consists of two sources: 1) temporal outbreak data in a structured community, and 2) sequences of the disease agent from the infected individuals.

We investigate how to perform inference and study how much is gained compared to only having either of the two sources of data.

This talk is part of the Isaac Newton Institute Seminar Series series.
