MWSW03 - Computational methods for multiple scattering This talk deals with the propagation of Electromagnetic wave through thin periodic intefaces (dielectic and perfectly conductors). We present the derivation of limit models using the tools of periodic homogenization. In particular, we show that in three dimension case, the limit model depends on the geomtry of the meta-surface. This is the well-known Farafay cage effect. This talk is a joined work with D. Hewett and I. Chollet. This talk is part of the Isaac Newton Institute Seminar Series series.
