MWSW01 - Canonical scattering problems Ultrathin resistive sheets (wiremeshes) are very simple scatterers able to absorb sound waves efficiently in particularly broadband frequency ranges. Different aspects of the use of these subwavelenght scatterers will be presented such as symmetrization of acoustic waves or anomalous transmission through periodic arrangement.
