If you have a question about this talk, please contact ak2257. I will discuss aspects of entanglement among matrix degrees of freedom and applications to D brane holography. For single matrix quantum mechanics we show how the finiteness of this target space entanglement is a non-perturbative property of collective field theory, and explore its consequences to notions of entropy in string theory.
