If you have a question about this talk, please contact . It is a classical fact that a finite group G has a planar Cayley graph iff G acts on the sphere S^2 faithfully by homeomorphisms/isometries. Can you guess how this generalises to three dimensions? The answer, which requires the Geometrization Theorem, will be revealed in the talk.
