FDE2 - Fractional differential equations We investigate regional nonlocal operators on an open set $D$ obtained by restricting the jumping kernel $k(x,y)$ of an integro-differential operator to $D\times D$ and introduce two corresponding stochastic processes – the censored and resurrected process. Using the theory of Dirichlet forms we analyze the pathwise properties of these processes and their behavior near the boundary $\partial D$.
