CARW03 - Interdisciplinary applications of cluster algebras

I will suggest a minor upgrade to the Fock-Goncharov cluster structure on decorated SL_n-character varieties, that allows for surfaces with holes (rather than just punctures). I will also discuss its relation to quantum monodromies and angles in Fenchel-Nielsen coordinates. (joint work with Gus Schrader)
