Over the past three years, BigPay has been building a leading neobank in Malaysia and Singapore; I’ll go over some of the challenges, the structure of our organisation, and outline some of the fun technical problems we’ve overcome building a team spanning 40+ people, three continents, and over 1m signed up users.
