Non-Gaussianity in primordial density fields is known
to be a unique probe to discriminate inflationary models.
I present the effect of primordial non-Gaussianity
on CMB temperature anisotropy and large-scale structure
with a focus on their topological properties quantitatively
characterized by the Minkowski functionals.
Deriving analytical formulae of the Minkowski Functionals
from primordial non-Gaussianity, I apply it to compare with
WMAP data and then give a new constraint
on a usual non-linear coupling parameter fNL.
I also present the effect of primordial non-Gaussianity
on the development of large-scale structure using N-body simulations.
