Johann Lafer is one of Germany’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs and TV personalities. Mr Lafer owns the restaurant Le Val d’Or in Stromberg, Germany, and works as consultant chef at The Gainsborough Hotel in Bath. He has published more than 50 cookbooks and has become a media star through various television shows such as ‘Lanz kocht!’, ‘Lafer! Lichter! Lecker!’, and ‘Die Küchenschlacht’. His gourmet philosophy is based on the very highest demands in terms of quality and the search for the best products in order to create truly innovative dishes. At our event, Mr Lafer will share his personal experience in a talk entitled ‘Von Koch zur Marke’. There will also be time for questions. Please note that the talk will be held in German.
